LFA's Natalie Vollandt is enjoying the weekends...winning championship gold!
Natalie plays serious fastpitch and has worked very hard at La Serna Fastpitch Academy in Tacoma.
" I think Natalie did not realize what she was getting into at LFA a few months ago. When she first joined LFA she only wanted to pitch a little better to help her struggling 12u Little League team. Later, after a couple of lessons with me, we talked about her potential and how she needed to tap into it and find a way to get herself to the next level. She worked out a plan with me and set a course for success. Natalie never quit when the going got tough. LFA is not day-care for little league players or high school JV stars. LFA unlocks hidden potential and builds on pitcher's character and attitude and sends pitchers out on the weekends to win championships. That's what Natalie learned from her hard work and intelligent choices she has made with her training. I am very proud of her.

Pre-season training has begun and new faces are welcomed at LFA Fastpitch Indoor and Outdoor Team Camps and Fastpitch Pitching Clinics. One person on the rise is Natalie from Buckley,WA. Natalie has been training for several weeks and has shown improvement and that really comes from the desire to get better.
"Nobody in our 10 year history at LFA learned the Drop Ball so quickly and demonstrated the live pitching sets with 100% accuracy , a 12u pitcher throwing the drop ball to 3 locations at 3 pitches each. I was amazed!!"

" Natalie has worked very hard at LFA with coach Adam. We are very pleased with his progress with her and she is thrilled with learning new skills and pitching abilities. The conditioning program is new to Natalie and she is motivated to keep that going on her own as well. Her dad Jeff and I are really impressed with the total package, Pitching,Throwing and Hitting Mechanics Training. We are all very happy with coach Adam and the results is showing with Natalie and preparing her for Club Fastpitch and her Chinook Little League Thunder 12u Team."
